Meet Savannah at Twenty-Seven

Savannah was born April 20, 1994, in Charleston SC. Orphaned at the age of four, she lived in an orphanage until Harold and Margaret Williams adopted her when she was six.

Raised in Annapolis, Maryland, Savannah earned degrees in Forensic Anthropology and Journalism. She’s also a certified graphologist.

While attending school in Boston, she began her first job with the Medical Examiner’s Office and eventually began doing contract work for the FBI when a case called for someone with an expertise in old bones… or old paper.

Work is Savannah’s passion. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her browsing a local bookstore, relaxing in a neighborhood cafe, or riding her bike around the city in search of antique shops and unique restaurants.

She lives in an old eight-story brownstone with two elevators that keep her praying and a tiny one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment that she absolutely adores. Nearly every weekend, she finds something at the farmers market to bring home. Mayb food. But mostly decor.

Her best friend is Amanda, Boston’s Chief Medical Examiner.

Her boyfriend is FBI Special Agent Scott Miller.

Scott enjoys cooking, which is a very good thing, because Savannah does not.

Sometimes they even get to work together… And they love it!

A few things they have in common…

Jesus
Jazz
Thai food
The ocean
The stars
Coffee

And then there are the things they don’t…”

I love to write. This blog is my little corner of the world where I can practice my craft. Whether or not anyone reads them doesn't really matter at this point; I'm practicing. I love God first, and my children, grandchildren, and family second. Planning trips to places I've never been, seeing the ocean, listening to great music, swinging in a hammock, and drinking a fantastic cup of coffee bring me pleasure. An awesome pen and great textured paper can put a smile on my face at the oddest moments. Life is full of detours...but I'm learning that they also have some of the best views. Happy reading!
